Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders placed within the United States: 

All products are presumed to be in stock when a customer checks out. In cases when there is an unexpected backordered product, MesoBeauty Solutions  will notify the customer within  24 hours of any problem.  Orders are shipped out within 24-72 hours, Monday to Friday,  from the time the order has  been successfully placed. Orders are normally shipped using the USPS postal service using the preferred speed chosen by the customer. As most orders require signature confirmation, it is preferred that someone be present during the expected date of delivery.  MesoBeauty Solutions  reserves the right to change shipping carriers such as UPS, depending on varying factors such as location, cost, delivery schedules and the total weight of the order. All orders come with tracking information that is sent to the customer once the order is completely processed.

Normal Delivery Leadtimes:

First Class Parcels: 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Hawaii and Puerto Rico   make take an extra 1-2 days.

Priority  Mail Service: 2-5 business days within the continental United States, Hawaii and Puerto Rico make take an extra 2 days.

Expedited Service using USPS Express or FEDEX overnight: 1 business day when order is placed before 9am, Eastern Time.

 Post Office  & APO/FPO Addresses:

We ship via United States Postal Service First-Class mail. A tracking number is generally provided.

 Orders shipping to Canada and Mexico:

Orders to Canada:

All orders to Canada are cost and speed efficient via UPS Standard and/or FEDEX Ground especially when clearing customs. MesoBeauty Solutions reserves the right to choose the shipping courier depending on the weight and type of products included in the order and the best option for clearance and delivery. All orders include the base shipping fee. All customs examination charges, customs taxes and any extra tariffs outside the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer require a specific declaration on the customs documents such as declaring products as a sample or a gift, the customer needs to communicate with the merchant via email regarding special classification or instruction for customs declaration documents.

International shipments with a value of $300 and above will require shipping insurance. MesoBeauty Solutions will communicate with the buyer for  any amount that it needs to cover shipping insurance.

Orders shipping to Mexico:

Shipments to Mexico will be shipped via EMS or UPS, unless the customer has an account with a forwarding service. We fill out NAFTA documents for shipments to Mexico. Please note that recipients will need to register with Mexico Customs for a Tax Account online for Mexico customs to process and clear your shipments. Failure to create an account, respond to UPS/EMS/DHL communication for creation of a tax account will result in the abandonment of your shipment. Any failure to clear your shipments is the buyers responsibility. No refund will be issued for this reason.

 All other International Orders:

MesoBeauty Solutions hips to all worldwide destinations, cities and countries.  International orders may  be shipped via UPS, DHL, EMS or FEDEX, depending on the destination and logistics needed.   MesoBeauty Solutions reserves the right to choose the shipping courier depending on the weight and type of products included in the order. All orders include the base shipping fee. All customs examination charges, customs taxes and any extra tariffs outside the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer require a specific declaration on the customs documents, the customer needs to e-mail Skin Technologies at the same time the order is placed.

International Customs Policy:

It is the customer's responsibility to know and inform MesoBeauty Solutions of varying countries customs regulations. Any items refused by customs in one's country is non-refundable. 

Shipping Delays: At times, MesoBeauty Solutions may conduct an additional payment verification process for customers with credit cards not supposed by Address Verification Service. Skin Technologies may contact the customer via phone or e-mail. This process may add an additional processing time but is necessary to ensure security. We encourage customers to work with MesoBeauty Solutions to successfully verify any order. 

Shipping Delays Caused by Acts of Nature:

MesoBeauty Solutions is not liable for any order that is held up due to any natural calamity or any act of nature or any delays caused by USPS, EMS, UPS FEDEX, DHL or any shipping carrier.

 Returns Policy:

If you are unsure regarding an item's concentration and product properties, please e-mail info@mesobeautyslim.com. All sales are considered final due to the minimum preservative or nature of the skin care products that are being sold through this website. 

MesoBeauty Solutions accepts returns or will re-ship for only the following cases:

Returnable Case #1: Product not as described. This means that product shipped is the wrong item. In this case, please take a photo of your shipping label with your name on the label and the corresponding contents of the package. It is imperative that you communicate with MesoBeauty Solutions  via email at info@mesobeautyslim.com and attach the photo of wrong product shipped so we can generate a return label for you. It is also imperative that product be returned and moving within the shipping network in the Return Label.

 All returns need to be undamaged and boxes need to be in the original condition as when it was received. Damaged and torn boxes and blister trays may incur a re-stocking fee.  To issue a return, please fill up an RMA form ( Returns Merchandise Authorization ) or click on the Returns Section on the footer section of the website. Returns that are shipped back to the warehouse without an RMA form will not be processed and funds will not be refunded to your credit card.   When returns are processed, it usually takes 7-14 business days for the funds to be returned to the original payment method used during the time of the order.

Product not described unacceptable reasons: 

Product satisfaction, results and efficacy are not guaranteed as each individual has a different beauty routine, application frequency and different mechanism. Dissatisfaction to used products are not acceptable reasons for "product not as described".

Re-shipping Case #2: Product is shipped to the wrong shipping address indicated at the time the order is placed based on the invoice and /or purchase order. Please communicate with MesoBeauty Solutions via info@mesobeautyslim.com and indicate your order number, name and shipping address. We will re-ship to the address indicated on the final invoice that is automatically generated when you place orders online via this website.
