Innovera Perfect Numbing Cream is an emulsion based anesthetic intended to numb the skin and increase patient comfort and tolerance for microneedling, permanent make up and pdo threadlifts. It is suggested to be be left on skin for 30 to 45 minutes alone or covered with clean plastic wrap to enable the numbing to take effect faster. Make sure to wipe off lipodcaine thoroughly before putting on hyaluronic acid or professional solution to make good use of the actual treatment's formula.
